Zumba® Fitness with Meneazao | Calgary

Zumba® Fitness has changed many lives, this exercise program embodies international music and rhythms from across the globe, including to mention a few, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Samba, African, Bangra, Belly Dance, Cumbia, Axe, Soca, Top 40, Rock… the list is endless!!! Our classes are always filled with a great mix and a variety of flavours! Zumba® Fitness is not a dance class but an exhilarating fitness class, an hour goes by unnoticed, it doesn’t feel like a workout but at the end you’re left wanting more, and having burned between 500 to 1000 calories in a hour of pure joy, endorphins and fat burning, toning fun!

So now to top it off, our Zumba® Fitness classes will be held weekly at Fish Creek Recreational Centre.
